Please describe the interview / hiring process.
RD1: 30 min. interview- 3/4 technical, 1/4 behavioral. Technicals included standard 400 questions, specifically asked questions about: how an asset sale impacts the three statements, what it means if a bond is issued at a premium, what are the different ways to raise capital, give P/Es and asked if transaction is accretive, and a couple questions about DCF and levered/unelevered beta and FCF. Behavioral questions were why CS? what's a recent deal they did that was interesting and why?
