Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Got in touch through a director in a different office. Set up a 30-min phone interview, which was a couple behaviorals at first (story, why MM, why HL, etc.) and then a technical case. Case was straightforward, how would you value the company/how to determine WACC/what happens to statements if they purchase PPE w/ straight-line depreciation/what's its equity value if debt>EV. Got notified the next day that I was invited to the superday the following week. Superday started Thursday evening with an hour-long accounting exam (construct pro-forma financial statements given certain scenarios/a few basic short answers like EV formula, how to find cost of equity, etc.) followed by a dinner with the bankers. The next morning consisted of 13 15-minute interviews with a lunch break in the middle, so I basically met the whole office. I was interviewing for both RX and CF, so I had more interviews than the people that only wanted one or the other. Half of the interviews were technical cases and half were behavioral. The technical cases were mostly straightforward. Overall great experience, the interviews were hard but everyone was super friendly and fun to be around.
