Summer Associate Intern

The interview process began with an on campus interview with a VP. The meeting went about 35 minutes in length and consisted mostly of high level fit questions and basic technical questions. I was then asked to fly to Chicago to meet others in person for a super-day the following Friday. I arrived the night before for a dinner with other candidates. While it was awkward at first, the dinner was very informative. The next day we began at 8 AM and went until about 2 PM. It was very long but it consisted of several 45 minute interviews and then a writing test. Some interviews were heavily technical while others were purely fit. I was offered the job by the time I landed back in Detroit that evening. The offices were OK and the people we great. Very kind and very involved.
