Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round is your standard HireVue with straightforward questions. None of this questions seemed group specific. Followed by the HireVue, I received an invitation to a Superday. I was relatively late in the hiring pool so there may be more steps normally, but this was my experience. Superday was three rounds: First and second round consisted of two interviewers (normally VP/SVP) and one interviewee. Third round was with an RM. All of the interviewers worked in different lines of business so there was not a direct focus on group specific credit questions. I found in my experience that is was overwhelmingly behavioral, but I was also very inquisitive leading to a conversation/Q&A driven discussion. I did need to know macro economic factors and how those may effect the lending/credit. Much of my industry discussion led to macroeconomic factors in commodities and alternative assets. Overall had a great interview and felt confident with it.
