Group interview + presentation. Few rounds of interviews on technical and personality. It helps if you read up a lot of finance knowledge as they will test you on that. There are also sales pitches that you are required to do and you are required to evaluate your own performance after that. Overall a long process so only go into this process if you are sure you are going to accept the offer if given the offer.
