Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After applying through OCR, following a visit to the company, I had two back-to-back phone interview that were roughly 20-30 mins each with two associates. The questions were mostly motivational/fit-based as in "Walk me through your CV", "Why IBD?" and similar questions. I had one commercial awareness questions regarding the Greek debt crisis.
Following this, I had an assessment center in London with two back-to-back interviews with Directors and a case study. The interviews were again mostly fit/motivational with some focus on personal hobbies. There was also a commercial awareness questions regarding the oil market. The case was a market sizing question (similar to Consulting-type questions) with some mental math and multiplications.
