Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had an initial screening phone interview after submitting my resume/cover letter via LinkedIn. I advanced to another phone interview, 30 minutes with an associate and 30 minutes with VP. The associate was helpful, and it was very much a "fit" interview. She talked about her experiences there and how I might fit in. The VP did not seem to be in a good mood, and my interview with him definitely felt rushed.
