Then, you're invited to an interview with an analyst who assesses your English and your valuation skills. After that, you meet with 2 senior analyst who'd be in charge of you and they want to see whether they could work with you and be around you everyday. Finally, you meet with a team manager who mainly tries to know you better and if you're a good fit. HR schedules a final interview to make an offer.
