they invite you to take a test where they asses your CAPM and financial knowledge as well as your way of thinking about the markets and the economy. Then, you're invited to an interview with an analyst who assesses your English and your valuation skills. After that, you meet with 2 senior analyst who'd be in charge of you and they want to see whether they could work with you and be around you everyday. Finally, you meet with a team manager who mainly tries to know you better and if you're a good fit. HR schedules a final interview to make an offer.
