There are a couple rounds in the interview process. The first is a phone interview; everyone is extremely nice and helpful. The firm as a whole is great and very professional. Most of their management come from backgrounds in corporate finance or IB or private equity, as expected. In addition, the question were about general behavioral info in addition to some basic finance questions related to financial analysis and decisions. Also, they ask you about info related to your resume and seem to focus on your team work experiences. I would recommend brushing up on a basic finance and accounting textbook, just so you understand the concepts behind the arguments you make.
