Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very informal, get to know you on a personal level, ask you about interests in real estate, probably to get a feel if you are a good fit for their very specific culture. Grill you on your resume as well. Go line by line asking you about your experiences in your internships. All behavioral, no technical questions expect for the 1 about investing, and in which market you would invest.
I spoke with an HR person out of the Chicago office for the position in New York, which I found to be a bit odd. She didn't know very much about the PREP Program, and was not able to answer questions more specific to the program, however directed me to people who may have been better able to answer those questions specific to the program.
