Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through their website and heard back from HR within the afternoon or next day to setup first interview. First rounds here usually will be with HR on fit with 1 or 2 technical. What are the 3 valuation methods? (go into extra detail about what they are don't just list them off) Then you will talk with associate or analyst for about half and half. Was told fit is a big deal here to the point that it is a fault. Why DA David? Say something like its a big bank with a small company feel and also a small bank that has resources. If you want to be on the tech team New York or Portland is where you want to be. Currently (very early 2022) Salt Lake or Boston for tech is not ideally where you want to be if your just starting out from what a former VP at the company told me.
