Please describe the interview / hiring process.
first of all, you will be asked to come to the office for a test to make a model and write, in this test, you will be provided with a laptop and an annual report for writing material. All you have to do is build a model from scratch, then write a page or two of research.
You will be invited for a 1-on-1 interview with the head of research. Here you will be challenged to pitch an industry that you are good at.
After that, if the HoR is okay, you will be contacted by HRD for the offering.
