What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had 2 interviews
Phone:
10 fit questions mostly around why IB then last question "tell me something you read about (testing commercial awareness)"
Second also via the phone because I was not able to make it in person
10% technical (1-2 questions about DCF)
70% "about me" - basically a longer version of "walk me though your cv"
20% proper fit - tell me about a time
0 math or tricky questions
