Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Despite not getting an offer (due to my age and graduation date) I feel very positive about the interview. I have found this job offer on my university's alumni group. My interview was held by an Analyst and Director. The whole interview was focused on fit due to small size of office. After the interview I was given a home work- my job was to create a teaser of industrial company in 4 days.
