Applied online without cover letter to the summer internship programme, interview was with a member of the recruiting team and consists mostly of CV related and behavioural/situational questions, they value good communication so candidates who break down their thought process for the situational questions and use the STAR framework well will have a higher chance of passing the interview, did not progress further
