Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied for this position through my University and was brought on for a first round interview. This consisted of a 2 on 1 of standard behavioral questions. They asked about leadership activities and work experience, and some strange questions like "What does it mean to be a leader?" Overall it was a casual interview, but hard to guage performance. I was asked back for a second-round of interviews on the Dell campus. This consisted of an 8am start, and 3 30-minute back to back behavioral interviews, followed by a campus tour and a BBQ lunch. I thought I did fine in my interviews but a few days later was told I was not selected. I reached out for feedback and was told I really didn't do anything wrong, and was competitive, but there were just a lot of applicants and few spots. I think it just came down to 'overall fit' in the end.
