Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This interview started at a career fair where I was offered a phone interview. This was relatively easy then I was offered a 1 on 1 interview on campus - this was mostly behavioral "will you fit in with the team questions". Following this was an in person interview at the office where I was interviewed by 3 different staff members of my team (ranging from junior to senior). They again asked behavioural questions and wanted to get an idea of my background/capabilities (i.e. do I have to be hand held). Know about the company and the culture before you interview. It is a competitive role, so make sure you explain how you will add value, that seems to be what they are looking for. Dell is in a transition period so they seemed to look for people who can hit the ground running.
