What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It was pretty straight forward. The first round interview was all behavioral and resume based. The interviewer really focused on getting to know me better rather than my skill sets. He wanted to know why I wanted to work at Dell and what drew me into applying for the position. It was a pretty standard and simple interview without any technical questions.
