Financial Analyst Rotational Program

I first met Dell representatives at the ALPFA 2014 National Convention. The recruiter told me about their rotational program, which consists of six month rotations over a period of two years. One rotation may be international if you are among the highest performing analysts. I had a phone interview following that. The interview was behavioral in nature and the only questions related to Dell specifically were about my knowledge of the industries and Dell's newest products. The rest of the interview consisted of standard behavioral scenarios (tell me about a time when you had to work with a difficult team, when you failed, etc.)
