Junior Trader

We had dinner the night before where two traders and a partner hosted approximately 25 undergraduates and graduates at a local sports restaurant. The environment was very casual and laid-back with the DRW employees asking very general questions that were intended to get to know everybody. I received the invitation after applying through my school's career center, and I was accepted for one of their two offices. The interview occurred the following day and consisted of question regarding recent financial news and financial theories along with scenario questions to see how I made decisions.
