Trader Assistant

Started with a 30 minute on-campus interview in September. Mostly logic puzzles and mental math, followed by personality questions and questions about my resume. In October, had a series of interviews at the Chicago office. Four 1 on 1 interviews consisting of various mental math, logic puzzles (most available online i.e. pirates splitting treasure, placing different colored balls in different jars, burning ropes, etc.). One group project involving building a tower out of printer paper to support a golf ball. Also one soft interview dealing with leadership ability and competitive spirit. They definitely value the competitive side of a person.
