Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online at my school's Career Services Website. Was contacted a few days later to set up a phone interview with one of DRW's traders. He called me about a week later and we talked for 15-20 minutes. The trader was very unenthusiastic. It seemed like he wanted to get off the phone and keep trading, so I tried to keep it short. I did not think the interview went well, but I got invited back for a final round, so I guess I said something that impressed him.
