Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round consisted of both behavioural and technical. Tell me about yourself? Spoke about previous finance experience. Walk me through a DCF? What are the other methods of valuation? Tell me about a recent transaction you have been following (Restructuring)? How do companies relieve financial distress?
Second round: Another phone call focused on technical questions but largely behavioural. Asked to calculate the cost of debt given a set of values.
