Hard AF: Opco has 100 of first lien secured debt (secured by assets of opco), and opco has 100 if debt but is unsecured and guaranteed by holdco assets, who’s debt trades higher?
A; Very circular answer, debt for both is technically Pari, and thus the debt would have equal recoveries, and the trading prices would depend on the YTM of the bonds
