Spoke with two analysts on the team, really enjoyed the culture and felt amazing vibes. First round consisted of a Zoom interview with an associate, was asked very simple technical questions such as defining common LME structures. Superday was four rounds, with the first three being markets/resume grills/technicals focused. The last round was a group case study about three strategic global expansion options a company could choose.

Interview
First round was pretty simple, just a phone call with a VP, very chill and a few technicals that should be pretty down the fairway. Superday was slightly harder, four rounds, 30 mins each, with varying levels of seniority. A mix of behaviorals and technicals, some weird questions regarding DCF work, but overall straight forward.
Interview Questions
Weird questions about DCF work (what happens if you add X to the dcf, some about how would revenue and cost savings flow, some about ebitda changes).

Very technical interview with tough questions. Toughest IB interview I've done (and I've interviewed with 20+ banks). It was a quick process which was nice however; interviewer said superdays were the week after but I got a couple techs wrong so I did not advance. However, I did not appreciate getting ghosted after my interview.

I reached out to one analyst who told me it was a very low-touch firm. I received a first round interview about 1 week after applying. It was a phone screen with very tough technical questions. One question asked how unsecured claims are treated in bankruptcy. Another was an M&A accretion dilution question. I struggled on the last one, so I believe I got cut. Overall, everyone was very nice though, and helped me through if I got a problem wrong.
Interview Questions
I don't remember the values, but it was asking me how you would deal with PIK interest if you paid it off before the debt was due

I did a first-round phone interview with the LA office. The associate who spoke with me was very unpleasant. He asked me odd questions like why I only got and took one offer during SA recruiting (why does that matter?) and scoffed at everything I said.
Interview Questions
Also asked what I would pursue if investment banking didn't exist.
