Please describe the interview / hiring process.
A friend who worked there passed along my resume. The head of sales emailed me to set up a quick 20 min phone call to go over the basics and set up a time to come in the office. The in office interview was a one on one interview that started with simple introductions and then a IQ test and a Personality Test. After finishing, the head of sales went over my results w/ me asking questions along the way. We then went over my resume and talked about the job responsibilities, start date, and my interest level. Before long, the ball was in my court w/ an offer to move forward after I thought about it for a week or two.
