Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with quick 20-30 min interview/screening with company HR rep. Then spoke to CFO of real estate funds via Zoom. Mostly conversational interview and walking through my education and experience. Next interview was with CFO and Deputy CFO, which was similar to the first interview, but more about the role and what I would be doing on the job. Last interview was with an associate on the team, and this interview was conversational as well. Very little technical questions.
