First HR round, three more rounds with the people in the team, two more rounds with PMs, four more rounds with CEO, COO etc.
There was one skill test on research ability too. (Peer analysis, market research). Questions weren’t too technical. You can learn everything needed on Genini within a week. Do learn how asset management industry works and how DWS differs from its competitors. They definitely check the personality fit as well so don’t sound like an asshole and try to be likable.
