The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I applied through my school Handshake and had a 1-on-1 interview on campus for thirty minutes. Afterwards, I had a super day at the firm where I was interviewed by four different people. Then, I had another phone call with a VP and was finally extended the offer about a week after.
Interview Questions
An unexpected interview question was during the first on-campus interview where the interviewer asked me what my decision would, to pay a lump sum of $10,000 in order to never pay subway fees again or to continue paying normally. I knew this question tested my thought process on the idea of the Discounted Cash Flow and the present value of money. Besides this question, I don't remember any very difficult questions beyond the standard scope of Investment Banking interview questions. Because the firm focuses on healthcare, I also had to explain why I wanted to pursue healthcare banking specifically.

Interview
Very thorough process. Several phone conversations, multiple in-person interviews, and two drinks/dinners events. The three senior bankers look strongly for fit with their personalities.
Interview Questions
All standard behavioral questions. Nothing surprising. They're really focused on making sure each candidate is a good fit with their personalities, so there were a good number of questions around background, interests, hobbies, etc. They are not as focused on the analytics so even at the more junior levels, I would not expect intense analytical questions.
