What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st round with 1st year analyst, basic tell me about yourself, why banking, why healthcare banking in particular. Super basic technicals at the end. 3 statement, valuation, and two companies with same EBITDA but different valuations. Second round basically all technicals, dove into LBOs, and more about why healthcare in particular, followed by straightforward attention to detail test.
