Interview
Interview process was relatively straightforward. Phone interview with the President, in-person interview with the President, and then a second series of in-person interviews with the President, a Senior VP, and an Associate.

Fit seemed like the main concern. They wanted to see if you could become a deal lead one day. Didn't seem too interested in learning about modeling skills.
Interview Questions
Nothing specific comes to mind. It was a very conversational interview. Most of the time was spent with the interviewers talking so having good conversational skills will help.
