Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Streamline. Started with a phone screening which consisted of a simple resume walk through. Second round was a zoom meeting in which the questions of why Edgepoint and why Cleveland were really important. Had to walk the associate through and LBO and describe the levers in this interview.
