Please describe the interview / hiring process.
You begin with a casual conversation, similar to an informational interview, with a local recruiter. After, you apply online and are invited to a one on one phone interview. If you make it past that, you are given an assignment in the field that is similar to what you do as an advisor on a daily basis. You are required to make 25 contacts with potential prospects by going from door to door trying to get information from them including addresses, phone numbers, and permission to follow up with them. If you are able to complete this, you are invited to an in person one on one with a local Regional Leader. After, an offer is made within 2-3 days.
