Please describe the interview / hiring process.
started off with a phone conversation with an employee, not HR or recruiter, to talk about the role, epic and for you to ask any questions you might have. then you have an assessment to complete, if you pass that, you get moved on to a 1 on 1 interview with recruiter. after that final rounds is a 4 hour day virtual interview consisting of different parts, the last part is a presentation and then a behavioral interview. the day also includes a case study.
