Interview
There were three rounds following submission of CV and cover letter and the standard numeracy/reasoning tests.

The first round was a one-on-one competency and interest interview (be ready to pitch good stock ideas with appropriate numbers and details) and an IQ/aptitude interview with guesstimates, brainteasers and logical analysis interviews.

The second round was a pretend pitch to a group of investors. The company was known beforehand. Thus, be prepared and have an argument ready. You will have to defend your outlook.

The last round was more of a discussion of what the job involved and seemed perfunctory.

Answer: 216.

The trick is to visualise the cube. Either calculate the coloured ones and subtract from the total or directly calculate the number in the inner cube.
Estimate the number of beds needed in a small village to deal with child deliveries each year.

Work through it logically: guess number of women, then women of child-bearing age, then children/year, then variation in deliveries and then, maximum needed (remember that women may stay on longer than one day)
