Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had initial phone interview consisting mostly of fit, walk me through your resume, some basic technical questions, can't recall what they were. Final round was in person at their offices. Interviewed with six people ranging from analyst to director, one after another. All the interviews were one-on-one. Mix of technical and background/fit/experience questions. All interviews were both technical and fit with the exception of one interview with an analyst that was all technical. Technical questions were not too difficult,--pretty straightforward accounting, and valuation stuff, nothing too tricky. No curve balls, or brain teasers or anything like that. People all seemed very nice, came from very diverse backgrounds, all seemed to enjoy themselves.
