Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had a first round interview over the phone with the director of the New York office. Then had to put together a small presentation about a company they were analyzing as a possible takeover candidate. Then had to pay my own way to New York for 6 more interviews. The first interview (2 on 1) was basically all technical but mostly accounting and a few valuation questions. The next several interviews were mostly behavioral but every person asked at least one technical question.
