Applied online, had HR reach out about scheduling a phone screen with two junior bankers in the group. Phone screens were relatively straight forward. Was invited in for superday and modeling test. Superday consisted of 5 interviews - a mix of senior and mid level people, followed by a 4 hour modeling test. They give you a laptop, keyboard, mouse, etc. Was invited back again to meet two partners. Received a call several days later saying I did not receive an offer.
