Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Restructuring Group specific: Had reached out initially through college alumni currently working there. During last 2 weeks of summer internship at another EB RX group. Had 3 phone screens with different associates in the group. Advanced through to super day after summer internship ended; super day with 5-6 rounds with associates through MD’s, and got the offer shortly thereafter. Interview questions were pretty RX and deal focused given summer internship background. Some of the technicals were pretty creative but fine if you knew your stuff. Standard WSO fit/culture questions. Process was well run and the team was great. Enjoyed meeting more folks, accepted the offer, no regrets after 2 years there.
