Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1 phone screen with a 1st year and 2nd year analyst. 1st year was more of a screening / conversation. The actual interview with the 2nd year was super technical - likely one of the harder technical interviews I have had. A complete understanding of lbo modeling (sources & uses, cash sweeps) and drivers of an lbo. Basic accounting questions like depreciation through the 3 statements.
