Analyst

Headhunter set up interview. Two interview one on ones, was met by two analyst who had collectively been there less than 6 months - found this very off putting, how is a guy who has been in the seat around a month meant to interview? Both very nice guys though.

Questions were technical and fit. One guy was weak on the technical questions he was asking, having to correct himself and try to think of the actual questions / repeatedly changing the figures used. Brain teasers too, again one guy got the solutions right but the process wrong when running through it.

Overall not impressive and coming from a restructuring / distressed background not encouraging to be interviewed by guys who were my age and knew less about distressed than i did.
