Did classic skills / personality test prior to phone screen. Behavioral and motivational high level questions were asked by HR during phone screen then moved onto the group interview where there were 8-10 candidates.
At the Group interview, there was a timed math test and case study + presentation + followed by group Q&A with the analyst / associates present.
