Analyst position in the Evercore Private Funds Group

The initial interviews consisted of a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by interviews with VPs and then MD with the firm, beginning with individual interviews and then concluding with a group interview. The firm culture was very open and they were straightforward with their responses to my questions. The first few interviews were all fit-based as it was for an analyst role in their Private Funds Group, which specializes in connecting GPs with LPs in the private equity fundraising process. The last interview consisted of a skills test focused on dissecting a PPM and recommending next steps for the GP to take.
