Interview was structured as two rounds: First round was on campus with a pair of interviews. If you made it past the first round you were invited to the New York City office for the final round which was a half day affair where you would meet with around a half dozen people (number depends on who is available and how many people you go to lunch or dinner with).

Overall, Evercore interviews were amongst the toughest because they tend to ask many more technical questions and the difficult of the technical questions is higher than the bulge backets.

If you get an offer, Evercore will make a big push to get you to sign. Coming back to visit, dinners, and conversations with the highest level people in their organization is what you can expect.
