1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I worked with this team before on previous processes and have some prior connectivity which helped. Superday was 4 1 on 1 rounds, total 2 hours long with each interview lasting 30 minutes. 3 were technical heavy while 1 was more behavioral. Technicals involved a lot of pen on paper modeling / cashflow projections / accretion-dilution calculations.
