Equity Research Associate

I initially submitted an online application for the role with a resume attachment. I heard back within 2 weeks with an email to setup a short group interview. I am not sure how many candidates were considered for the role, but it appeared the hiring team probably held this step of the process with 10-20 other candidates from their comments. The conversation consisted of behavioral and background questions. There were light technical questions and communication that a further interview round would include more industry-specific and technical questions. We scheduled the second round over email a few days after the first call. I completed the second interview 1x1 with a member of the hiring team and received an offer in the week after the second meeting.
