Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with a pre-interview dinner then with an on campus interview. The questions were mainly fit and "tell me about a time you had a conflict in a team" kind of questions. No real questions about about accounting. They did ask why audit? Then came the recruiting process why the firm hosted events and dinners. After that, I received a phone call from an HR person from the NYC offer about scheduling an office visit. The office visit was also very relaxed as the firm took us to a baseball game the night before the actual interview. There were a handful of other students that were all interviewing. The day of the interview began with a presentation from the HR crew, employees, and partners. Then one of the employee escorts you to the 2 interviews you will have. I interviewed with a partner and a senior manager. Again, very lax and conversational. Be sure to ask questions. Afterwards, they took us out to lunch and done!
