Please describe the interview / hiring process.
HR was considerate and quite friendly. After the screening, the next stage is aptitude test and math test. It requires ample amount of practice to get through. Then, there is phone interview with the HR to know about your motivation to be a trader and join the company. Last stage includes financial knowledge on subjects like ETFs, hedging, arbitrage and market making.
