Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial communication with BNY Mellon's Human resource department who I was in contact with who set me up with an interview for the Global research intern position at Boston Company Asset Management (TBCAM) which is housed within BNY Mellon. The interview lasted about 1 hour with a VP of the research team from commodities. Work Culture seemed rather laid back and individual rather than a lot of group work.
